With over 20 years of experience in traditional Chinese therapy, I have spent two decades refining the art of Tui Na and complementary healing. My journey began with a fascination for how the body stores stress—and how, with the right touch, it can be released.

Hot Stone Massage
The Experience: Combining Traditional massage with the healing power of heat. Smooth, basalt stones are heated and placed on key energy points of the body. The warmth penetrates deep into the muscles allowing for a much deeper level of deeper level of relaxation without intense pressure.
Best For: Cold weather, poor circulation deep relaxation and soothing aching joints.

Visit Us in the Heart of Selby
We are conveniently located at 11-13 New Street, just a few steps away from the historic Selby Abbey. Whether you are local or visiting from a nearby village, finding us is simple.
🚗 Where to Park
Directly Outside: There is limited on-street parking available on New Street.
Nearby Car Parks: The Selby Abbey Car Park (off Park Street) and Market Cross Car Park are both less than a 2-minute walk from our front door.
Free Parking: Many of the surrounding supermarket car parks offer short-stay free parking (please check local signage for time limits).
🚌 Public Transport
By Bus: We are a short 4-minute walk from Selby Bus Station. Most local routes (including the 415 from York or 401 from Goole) stop right in the town centre.
By Train:Selby Railway Station is approximately a 3-minute walk away. Simply walk toward the Abbey, and you’ll find us just around the corner on New Street.
